Please read our terms carefully before making a booking.

Booking Confirmation

Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
Room rates will be charged upon confirmation of your booking.
All payments made are non-refundable.
No changes to check-in dates or selected hotel branches are permitted after booking.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
A deposit of RM50 per room is required upon check-in.
Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs a fee of RM10 per hour.
Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a fee of RM10 per hour.
The management reserves the right to change rates from time to time.

One (1) child under 12 years old may stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with adults.

This is a non-refundable booking. The following applies:

The booking cannot be cancelled.
The booking cannot be amended.
Upon receipt of your booking, the full payment for your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.

You will be charged the full amount for your entire stay if you do not show up.
No refunds will be issued for shortened stays or unutilized services included in your package.
